CO2’s Management Team

Andrew Grant has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer of the CO2 Group Limited, which hopes to raise as much as $1.3 billion to fund the development of 10,000 hectares of shrimp (Penaeus monodon) ponds that could produce 100,000 metric tons of shrimp annually.  The company already owns 150 hectares of ponds in Exmouth, Western Australia, that it plans to use for producing broodstock, and Seafarm, the country’s oldest and largest shrimp farm in Queensland, Australia.

The group will pursue its growth opportunities with Dr. Chris Mitchell as Executive Director of Corporate Development and Managing Director of CO2 Australia and Mr. Rob Bell as Managing Director of the aquaculture development business, both reporting directly to the company’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Ian Trahar.
