Australia/Greenland

Equipment for Processing Heads and Shells

A hi-tech dehydrator designed and built in Australia by AKT International is on its way to Greenland to process arctic shrimp waste—shrimp heads and shells—into a food additive to flavor other seafood products.  The dehydrator can take waste material from the arctic shrimp industry and turn it into powder in less than three seconds.
