Greece/Canada

Planet Shrimp Copies Website

Anastasios Katsarkas (a.katsarkas@shrimp.eu), Chief Executive Officer of Hellenic Inland Shrimp Farms, reports:

“I am writing this is because I saw a piece you did the other day on Planet Shrimp in Canada.  I’m afraid I can’t think of a nice way to say this but those guys are...WORLD-CLASS BOZOS!!!

“I say this because their website is a sorry excuse of a lousy rip-off of our own website, word-for-word, pic-for-pic, page-for-page, the only difference being that ours is original, well-executed, thoroughly thought-through and the end-product of extremely hard and long work hours by a multitude of experts in their respective fields.”

“A fact that was recognized on an international level when our website received awards from CSS Design Awards (http://www.cssdesignawards.com/sites/hellenic-inland-shrimp/23981)...and AWWWARDS (http://www.awwwards.com/best-websites/hellenic-inland-shrimp-farms/).”

“Those guys are such ignorant imbeciles that they even used the data of the Greek shrimp market we quoted as if they refer to the Canadian one ...while it would have been a proverbial ‘walk in the park’ to obtain real and accurate data on Canada since we openly name the source where we obtained ours (the FishStatJ database of FAO)!!!”

"They even ripped off the 3D renderings of the inside of our facilities...and used them as if they were theirs, renderings that are based on our own architectural designs and for which several highly skilled individuals worked long and hard.”

“They even had the audacity to claim copyrights at the bottom of their excuse of a website....”
