Seminar on New Discoveries to Stop EMS


On October 4, 2014, the Malaysian Society of Marine Sciences and the Institute of Ocean and Earth Science at University of Malaya will conduct a one-day seminar on new scientific discoveries to combat and control early mortality syndrome (EMS).


The seminar, jointly co-sponsored by Blue Archipelago, Bhd., the shrimp farming subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional, Bhd., and Biovalence, Sdn., Bhd., will discuss the importance of and applications for the discoveries.


In a statement on September 23, 2014, Blue Archipelago, said, “Top international speakers from Thailand, Vietnam and India together with key local speakers will present the latest findings of what we now know about the disease and new ways to control it.”
