Pescados y Mariscos Peninsulares

 

Cancun-based Pescados y Mariscos Peninsulares is planning to farm Penaeus vannamei in 10 circular tanks, measuring 12.5 meters in diameter, at its 4,000-square-meter site.  Initial production is set for 80 metric tons per year, but eventually it hopes to produce 120 tons annually.
