No Cure for EMS

Matthew Briggs (koygung101@yahoo.co.uk): There was an article in the Bangkok Post on Thursday, May 30, 2013, quoting Thailand’s Shrimp Biotechnology Business Unit (SBBU) as having said, “We’re nearly finished with our job of mitigating the EMS outbreak in shrimp.”  The reporter got it wrong.  SBBU is not claiming that it has solution for the EMS problem.  It is only working on a test kit to diagnose the disease.  The reporters quote was inaccurate.
