Texas—NaturalShrimp Holdings, Inc.

NaturalShrimp Holdings, Inc., based in La Coste, Texas, 30 miles west of San Antonio, has begun reconstruction of its research and development facility, converting it into a pilot plant projected to produce 8,000 to 10,000 pounds of fresh, head-on, sushi-grade organic shrimp monthly.  With a successful commercial test market in the Dallas area, NaturalShrimp is ready to pursue a larger commercial business.

“We have been distributing and selling fresh head on shrimp to Dallas area markets and restaurants for almost two years,” said director of marketing Scott Stubblefield.  “Consistency of delivery and product is huge in this industry, and we expect to make a worldwide impact.  Over the years we have seen just about every indoor shrimp farm in the USA trying to execute this process struggle or fail, but NaturalShrimp has proven over a period of time that we are ready to expand and take our company to the next level.”

The Company has had successful private placements during its commercial test market and is rolling out phase one of its capital to finish construction of its current facility.  Phase two will see the construction of two full-scale production facilities capable of producing upwards of 6,000 pounds of fresh shrimp per facility, per week.

Phase One ($1 million): Retrofit of R&D facility

Phase Two ($5 million): Construction of two, full-scale, 75,000-square-foot facilities

Once both phases are complete, the 37-acre NaturalShrimp farm hopes to produce over 700,000 pounds of fresh shrimp per year!
