China Invests in Power Plants in Wales that will Farm Shrimp




China plans to invest $3 billion in two power plants in Wales, United Kingdom, that will use the warm water effluent from the plants to farm “king prawns” [species not named].


The deal coincides with Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to Britain that began on October 19, 2015.


The power plants in Wales will be developed over the next three years.
